well at first glance I'd say panda...but when you look closer, I'd say a Bichon Frise...but they dyed the poor things hair!

OK you all get 10 observation points (with the possible exception of Iron). I get another 100 fool points to add to my lock out fool points. I saw it on my brothers girlfriends facebook and left a comment saying "cute panda!"
Miss Melicious, I think Bichon Frise too once I looked properly.
Ah dammit. It is a good solution to the panda shortage problem though - it has the cuteness of a panda without the breeding issues.
I don't know WHAT it is but I want to cuddle with it.
I just have to be the devil's advocate here..... Look really deep at the face of the dog it has that scottish terrier appearance and then they put the hair on stiffiner steroids and died it. But the face really has the ST look to it.
